T-FOUNDATION
The non-profit T-Foundation was established to promote transparency in medicine.
By promoting transparency and quality assurance, the T-Foundation aims to advance medical progress. It may organize events and commission studies that serve its primary purpose, as well as support other projects and foundations with the same objectives. The foundation does not pursue commercial or self-help purposes.
The T-Foundation is a non-profit and tax-exempt foundation under the supervision of the Federal Foundation Supervisory Authority of SECO.
Donations to the T-Foundation are tax-deductible.

practiQprize by T-Foundation
Practically relevant projects for practitioners
The T-Foundation awards the practiQprize, worth up to CHF 5,000, for the most practically relevant project(s) in medical quality assurance / transparency in Switzerland. The prize may be divided among several projects, and there is no obligation to award it. AQC/Adjumed registers are excluded from participation.
The prize will be awarded during the AQC Conference on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at the USZ.
